In one of the most unique and exciting events, we put on an old-school lobster boil, right in the heart of Toronto at The Richmond. Bringing in the East Coast attitude, we gave guests the experience of seeing the action up close, by dumping the seafood, made by chef Chris Brown of Victor Dries, right onto the tables. Pairing the delicious seafood with both Silversmith beer, and Burning Kiln Wines, the family-style meal created a warm, welcoming environment for individuals, while still giving the sense of exclusivity. This is one event that people still speak of to this day.
